We've successfully completed projects of varying scales and complexity, from luxury multi-family complexes to cutting-edge life science facilities.As a project engineer, I work closely with the project management team, design team, and client to ensure the project stays within budget, meets quality standards, and is delivered on time. Description: A 51 unit, four level market-rate apartment complex. The building features a mix of one- & two-bedroom units and loft style studios.
The construction included site preparation, foundation work, wood framing, ductless mini-split HVAC, TPO roofing, cement plaster, and engineered wood cladding.

Description: A three story, climate controlled storage facility and 12 single story, drive up storage buildings. Over 1,200 storage units total!
The construction consisted of site preparation, foundation work, steel framing, CMU walls, slabs-over-metal deck, storefront systems, cement plaster, and insulated metal panels.
